We have some amazing concerts lined up for 2026! From jazz and blues to rock & roll to Americana. Some new bands and also some you may have seen before.

Sunday May 17 @ 4pm - Adam Morris - Adam is a classically trained singer turned folk musician, who grew up in Remsen. He returns home to perform acoustic renditions of music spanning many genres and eras. Come enjoy an afternoon of rich vocal melodies with acoustic arrangements.
Saturday & Sunday - May 30-31 - 12-6pm - Remsen Arts Fest - The Remsen Arts Fest features local artists plus high school artists in the Remsen Art Market, live stage entertainment, children’s activities, artists demonstrations, video presentations, car show, food, and more. This is a free event hosted by the Remsen Arts Center thanks to our sponsors (Stewarts), members and generous donations from the community.

12 – 2pm – Video presentations on the stage featuring music, fine art, and more
12 – 2:30pm – Classic Car Parade and Show - various classic cars will parade from the Remsen High School to the arts center for display!
12:30 – 1:30pm – Participate in artist JoAnn's Family Glass Mosaic class. The program will take a little over an hour to complete. Participants will create a glass mosaic on a 12x12 cement paver to take home. All materials will be provided.
1 – 4pm – Fun Children’s activities inside & outside the arts center. Children’s Sidewalk Chalk Art Drawing. Children 12 and under may draw their masterpiece with chalk on our sidewalk. Fun arts & crafts inside and under the tent. Supervision of minors is required.
2 – 3:15pm Children & adult interactive arts program. Drop in for Starcazia's "Treasure Time", a live, interactive show of musical games and songs! Starcazia is a live, interactive, visual artist who offers children's educational programming and a range of other live, artistic activities. She creates programs for children and adults that develop emotional resilience, utilizing play, dance, art, and music. Her children's shows feature classic children's songs and interactive musical games! She will also display her art and merchandise.
4pm – Live music by Remsen High School Band on the stage
Saturday May 30 @ 7:00pm – Split Bill Concert: Dan Valentine plus Dusty & Bill - Dan Valentine opens the show, a popular, seasoned performer in our community sure to impress with blues, jazz, pop songs and more. All with a fresh twist of creativity! Then Dusty and Bill play for an exciting mix of string-band tunes, ballads, blues and novelty numbers. Bill is a singer-songwriter, guitarist and fiddler known for his work with The Insolent Willies. Dusty is a master of the five-string banjo known for performing with The Old Main..

5 – 7pm – Live music by Community Choir and Band on stage
Sunday June 7 @ 7pm- Rupert Wates - Internationally touring singer-songwriter, born in London, based since 2007 in New York.. Since coming to the US he has won more than 50 songwriting and performing awards. “Terrific hooks, deep lyrics, awesome voice and nearly astonishing fingerpicking chops – the real deal” (Monterey County Weekly CA)
Saturday June 13 @ 7pm – The Lost Child: A Theatric Musical Suite with Narration -An original work performed by the ensemble Punctum Originem (Point of Origin). The group is a quintet consisting of Singer/Narrator, Flute, Double Bass, Piano, and Drum Set. The name of our ensemble—Punctum Originem—reflects the dual nature of the suite’s investigation.
Sunday June 28 @ 3pm – John Brown- Song, Stories, & Art Lessons from Strangers; bringing giant hand-drawn comics to the stage; weaving together award-winning storytelling songs (Kerrville New Folk Winner) and the visual arts in a live performance.
Saturday & Sunday - July 18 & 19 - 250th Remsen Remembers - Village wide celebration of the nations 250th anniversary.
Sunday July 26 @ 4pm- Five Families - Five performers using five families of instruments.
Tuesday August 4 @ 7pm- Tuesday Night Big Band - The 14-piece group is known to play popular big band music of the 1930s and 40s, from bands led by Duke Ellington, Glenn Miller, Count Basie, Benny Goodman and many others. Dancing is encouraged.
Sunday August 9 @ 4pm- Patsy Cline Tribute - Rebecca Miner plays Patsy in this retrospective performance.
Sunday August 16 @ 4pm- Noah Guthrie -Former Glee cast member and viral social media songwriter.
Sunday August 30 @ 4pm- On the Porch - An acoustic trio weaving playful harmonies into beloved Folk and Americana tunes.
Friday Sept 11 @ 7:30pm- Cincinnati Creek - Local favorites return for an evening of bluegrass.
Sunday Sept 20 @ 4pm - Annie & the Hedonists - A band with a great lead singer and tight harmonies, covering an eclectic mix of acoustic blues, vintage jazz and swing, and folk roots Americana.
Sat Sept 26 10-6 & Sun Sept 27 10-5 - Remsen Barn Festival of the Arts -Visit our booth plus inside our building shop the Remsen Art Market and view local history displays.
Sunday Oct 4 @ 4pm - Monk Rowe’s Roots of Rock ‘n Roll -From Carl Perkins to Chuck Berry; from "In the Mood" to "Great Balls of Fire," the Roots of Rock & Roll covers the early influences and hit-making artists who redefined popular music. “Put on your Dancin’ Shoes!”
Saturday Oct 17 @ 2pm- Lavallee Siblings - Ethan, Eva & Etienne Lavallee are 13, 11 & 8 year old siblings who are going to play a list of solo, duet, and trio songs on Piano, Violin, Organ, Clarinet & Marimba.
Sunday Nov 1 @ 4pm - Blueprints - Blueprints features NY Blues Hall of Fame members, pianist Dave Liddy and guitarist George Deveny, and the rhythm section of drummer Oscar Crandall and bassist Dan Porter! Harmonica player, SAMMY Hall of Famer, Skip Murphy joins us! Blues-rock deluxe!
