At the Door Cash Prices: Pay What You Wish.

Newly formed group of seasoned musicians presents their debut concert at the Remsen Arts Center! Come to support our local talent and listen to musical standards from the 40’s thru today plus rare tracks all in a fresh style.

Playing It Forward recently formed to play jazz and popular music standards from the great American songbook. With an emphasis on the elegant side of the sixties, such as songs by Burt Bacharach, Frank Sinatra, Carol King, Nat King Cole, and Dusty Springfield.

The band consists of Dan Stone playing guitar, Margaret Fusco playing piano, and John Foppes on saxophone, all retired and pursuing music as a pastime in a number of other bands and learning endeavors. The trio recently added Terry Stedman on drums.

Refreshments will be available during intermission for a donation.

The Remsen Concert Series 2026 is made possible in part with funds from the Statewide Community Regrants Program, a regrant program of the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of the Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature and administered by CNY Arts. Plus members, sponsors, and community support.
